OREGON – In the last TRAC jamboree before next week’s championship, Fremont Ross’ girls golf team enjoyed its best performance out of the season’s four league events.

The Lady Giants shots a team score of 213, six shots ahead of Whitmer, and just three strokes out of fourth-place, behind Findlay.
Mekhia Williams shot a team-low of 45 with Alana Smith shooting 48. Brooke Baptista carded a 57 and Sarah Widman added a 63.
Ross hosts Genoa for a duel match Thursday at the Fremont Country Club at 4:30.
