The Lady Giants had their second dominate game of the season as they won at Sandusky Perkins 63-40.
Leading the purple charge was freshman Lyndi Wolf. Wolf, the 6’2” post player, led Ross with 14 points. She showed her ability to be a force from anywhere on the floor by connection on two three-point shots in the first half.
Janiah Holmes accompanied Wolf by sinking two quick threes in the first quarter as Ross opened a 19-9 lead by the end of the initial stanza. Holmes ended the night with 10 points.
Sophomore Destiny Robinson had another solid game from her point guard position. After scoring 15 points in the Giants first contest, the sophomore connected for 13 points, including 3 of 4 from the foul line. The other Little Giant, senior Hannah Sheidler added to the onslaught also finishing in double figures with 10 points including six points from beyond the arc.
Other scorers included: Carma Johnson with eight points, Makenna Englund with four points and Natalia Alejandro along with Abby Cahill with two points apiece.
The junior varsity was not as fortunate as they were defeated 32-18.
