In an impressive display of determination and skill, the Lady Giants surged to a commanding victory over Southview in Northern Lakes League action. Despite a slow start, the team quickly gained momentum and rallied from behind to capture the first set 25-17.
The second set was a showcase of the Lady Giants’ true dominance. With sharp serves and powerful attacks, they overwhelmed the Cougars with a resounding 25-7 win. The third set saw the Lady Giants take an early lead and maintain control throughout, ultimately defeating Southview 25-18 to secure the NLL win.
Lyndi Wolf and Tierra Parker were instrumental at the net, contributing countless blocks and kills that kept the Cougars on their heels. Raegaan Blackburn and Brooke Baacke excelled in the back row, expertly managing the defense and limiting Southview’s offensive threats.
The Lady Giants will return to action on Thursday when they host Findlay. The team is looking to build on their recent success and continue their strong performance in league play.
