FREMONT – Fremont Ross High School seniors Peyton Heschel and Reese Smith have officially signed their letters of intent to further their education and athletic careers at Tiffin University. The talented duo will join the Dragons’ track and field team, bringing their dedication and skill to the collegiate level.
Heschel, a two-sport athlete at Ross, made his mark on the football field as a defensive lineman. He has been committed to improving his performance throughout the offseason, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a drive to compete at the highest level. His transition from the gridiron to the throwing circle has been seamless, as he continues to develop his strength and technique for the upcoming outdoor season.
Smith, who also excelled in volleyball at Ross, dedicated her senior year to preparing for track and field. Her focus and commitment have paid off, as she enjoyed a successful indoor season that set the stage for what promises to be a strong outdoor campaign. With her technical precision and determination, she is expected to be a key contributor for the team this spring.
